Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?

Senior Transitions offers two options for selling your home. In our main option, we are real estate investors who buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In these transactions, we represent ourselves and you represent yourself. That means that you do not pay us any commissions. With this option we purchase the home as-is with zero costs or fees on your end or for the senior community or senior living professional who referred you to us.

In our second option, as a real estate agent, we can represent you in selling your home on the market if it is retail ready or you have the means and time to make it retail ready. In this situation, we can help you get the home retail ready with our resources to help with repairs, renovations, clearing out the stuff, cleaning, staging and showings to get your home sold as quickly as possible. These transactions do come with commissions and standard fees when selling a home.
